This wine from the family owned Bodegas Luzdivina Amigo, located in El Bierzo, in the province of León, is elaborated with 98% Mencía and 2% Garnacha Tintorera, Doña Blanca and Jerez Grapes, coming from 100 years old vines.

On the nose, this wine has ripe fruit, blackberry jam and black plum notes alongside liquorice hints. It possesses an incredible structure, that feels velvety and silky. Its flavour is really well balanced, with touches of ripe fruits, liquorice and dark chocolate.

Perfect to pair red meats, cured cheese, such as manchego, and cured meats, such as Jamón Ibérico or Cecina.
