This wine from family owned Bodegas Sierra Norte is elaborated using 100% Moscatel grapes coming from 25 years old vines. Organic wine.
Pale straw of infinite freshness, has an exquisite aroma characteristic of the variety, floral notes, white and fruit flowers of apricot and green apple. In the mouth it is fruity, dry, good acidity, very broad, it fills your mouth with nuances and leaves you with a very pleasant final sensation, of great persistence.
After the harvest, the grapes are subjected to a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours. Gentle pressing for the extraction of the must. Static racking and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 14ºC. Later aging on its fine lees until the moment of bottling. The clarification, stabilization and filtering processes of the wines before bottling are carried out in the most respectful way possible, so that their expression is kept to the maximum.
