Picual: sligthly bitter, sweet, with refresing grass, fig tree, fennel and thyme.
Pico Limón: this olive variety is usually used for table olives, but it makes an outstanding extra virgin oil. It very delicate, with a soft green aroma, notes of apples and ripe fruit.
