This Pata Negra ham is a jewel. It is rich, intense and delicate, with notes of nuts, oil and the unique flavour that is unique to pure breed Iberic Pigs. Its saltiness is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of its fat and natural oils, which some describe as "Umami". It is really aromatic, with an intense parfum that will make your mouth water.

Cut by hand, as it should be. 

This ham, made in the area of Guijuelo by Jamones Majín, a small, family business, is cured in their traditional cellars for at least 4 years (48 months). The pigs roam freely through the Dehesa, and are feed with accorns during the "Montanera".
