Whole leg of ham, cured for 48 months. Beautifully inflitrated with fat, with the flavour intensity brought by the accorns (bellota), aromatic and with a texture that makes it feel like it melts in your mouth.
Comes from carefully raised pigs, that live totally free, fed exclusively with what they find in nature. Druing the Montanera, these pigs are fed with acorns (bellotas).

A ham without D.O has the same exact quality as their D.O certified peers, but simply because they didn't had the required weight, didn't got the certification. We like this hams because they share all the flavour from a D.O certified 100% Ibérico de Bellota, but have less fat.
