Cecina, a true delicacie from Northern Spain, it has rich mineral, sweet and smokey flavors, which persist on the mouth. This cecina is smoked using oak wood, and you will be able to both smell and taste the subtle tones this left on the meat. It tastes like the best steak you could ever have. It has an amazing firm texture and a colour that ranges from bright ruby to dark pruple.

Dried beef cut, coming from old age free-range cows, which allows the fat to infiltrate the muscle tissue, which in turn enhances meat's flavor and texture. Made by Embutidos Ezequiel, one of León's best family owned charcuterie makers.

Excellent to pair with an full-bodied, aged red wine.
